Why GSE?

Guyana Social Enterprise is about unity. The motto, as written on Coat of arms of The Cooperative Republic of Guyana, is One People, One Nation, One Destiny; in other words, THERE IS STRENGTH IN UNITY. In the illustration here, the six human symbols represent the six ethnic groups of Guyana working in unison; however, one important distinction is the colors of the human symbols of Green, Gold, Red, Black, and White, the colors of Flag of Guyana. A of the five colors of the flag represents an inter-connective of each other with Red for zeal and dynamism, Gold for mineral wealth, Green for agriculture and forest (repeated for vastness), Black for endurance, and White for rivers and water (possibly the most valuable resource). GSE is bringing it all together for the social good for all Guyanese in and out of Guyana, as well as, all those that just LOVE GUYANA. Everyone can have an ownership stake in GSE and thus Guyana. Founder and CEO

Gilbert Carrington I’ve been a small business owner and marketing consultant for over 20 years so my goal is will ensure you make the most out of every deal while keeping you compliant and up to date on any changes in the market. Mr. Carrington is a graduate of Howard University with a B.A. in Media Management and M.A. in combined fields of Public Administration and International Relations. A strong proponent of continued education and training, Mr. Carrington earned Professional Certificates in Systems Analysis and Design, Web Design, Cyber Security and Oil and Gas Operations and Markets from accredited universities. Mr. Carrington’s wealth of experience in telecommunications marketing started in the pre-internet era when he developed an online Bulletin Board (BBs), creating an electronic marketplace or platform that utilized X.400 propitiatory email applications that brought together consumers and producers in the Caribbean region, it was our way, at that time, of capitalizing on the then Caribbean Basin Initiative of The President George H. W. Bush Administration.
